My name is Kimberly, and my passion for rats led to the creation of Cosmic Waters Rattery. We were founded with intention, patience, and a steadfast belief in ethical breeding. From 2024 to 2025, I dedicated myself to a full quarantine and rebuilding period, focusing on observation, evaluation, and strengthening our foundation stock. This chapter has now concluded, and I'm excited to once again adopt out rats as pets with renewed clarity. We work with a carefully selected foundation of rats, both homegrown and from trusted, like-minded breeders, to enhance structure, temperament, and overall quality. The name "Cosmic Waters" reflects resilience, balance, and renewal, symbolizing growth, learning, and building something steady and meaningful in the world of rat breeding in Hubbard, Texas. Our goal is to provide healthy, emotionally sound companions and support owners with education and transparency.
